A Brief Post

I just wanted to sit down and write to you and tell you how much I love you. We are at the beach right now and we are having fun but you are always on our minds. Daddy and I were watching the moon sit on the horizon a few nights ago and the water was clear and sparkly, just like your eyes. We got upset because it just seems like there are so many beautiful and amazing things to see in this world and we wish you had gotten the chance to see them with us. We wish we were able to dip your toes in the warm water and watch you giggle. We wish you were able to feel the sand on your legs. More than anything, we just wish you were here, with us. That might be selfish, but that’s the way we both feel it should be.

This picture was taken of you on Thanksgiving Day. It was the first day you met your cousin Willow and it just so happened that you were all wearing the same outfits. The order of this picture goes Willow, Sydney and Carynne.
