Warning: Extreme Cuteness Ahead!

Here are some pictures of the girls taken on Valentine’s Day. They were taken by Carrie Furry who owns Fingerprints of Grace. She takes pictures for families dealing with grief and uncertainty. She came to our house and did an amazing job of capturing the girls’ personalities! The tutus came from sweetiepietutus (an Etsy shop). I had ordered them, along with some cute cupcake onesies for the girls’ 6 month birthdays, but they were just too cute to pass up using for our photoshoot! The fluffy ball things were made by Carol’s Girl Scout Troop. They made them to hang above the girls’ crib so they would have something fun to look at.

They are so beautiful in their little tutus. I love how you can see the love they share when they are together. They were truly Angels here on earth. Now you have two special Angels in Heaven dancing in their tutus and waiting to be with you again.

Lots of people are thinking of you. I haven't ever posted here but my little boy was born the day before your beautiful girls. He has a lot of medical problems as well, and I feel like I have a special connection with you. I hope you don't mind, but I made a video montage of your beautiful babies.

  34. Brook, I am also a multiples mom. I have twin 6 month old boys, Turner and Taylor. I am so sorry for your loss. I have been crying as I read your BLOG. No mother should have to see their babies in pain and no babies should have to experience that kind of pain. Your BLOG was found by me via a friend of a friend’s BLOG. Please know that i will say a prayer that every day gets easier for you and your husband. You seem so strong! You had beautiful girls and i know they are smiling below at you now.

There is a website called lifegem.com (I am sure there are others like it.)

They can take ashes of loved ones and make it into a diamond.

Could could always have your girls with you.

  36. Pink says:

Brook, I am sitting here in tears…I just found your blog from another blog, one asking for prayer for you family as you deal with the horrific loss of your precious girls. Please know that I am praying for you. I know that there is NOTHING that anyone can say to take away your pain. But I do pray that you feel Gods arms wrapped around you. I pray peace for all of you, I know that this peace will not come easy and it will not come fast, so I will continue to pray.

No parent should have to deal with what you have and are dealing with…and no child should have to suffer like your precious girls did…if I can do ANYTHING for you, please let me know. And know that someone in Texas is praying several times a day for you and your family.
